“阳光体育”视野下高校大学生体育锻炼的意识与行为研究——以杭州市下沙高教园区部分高校为例

摘　　要：从阳光体育的维度对高校大学生的体育锻炼意识与行为进行研究.结果表明:高校大学生体育锻炼的意识特征表现为对体育锻炼有比较高的认知水平,但终身体育意识比较薄弱,对阳光体育概念比较模糊,且多数学生对体育锻炼的兴趣与积极性不高,男女大学生在项目选择上存在者差异性,通过参加体育社团进行体育锻炼的比例较低.据此建议体育教师要注重培养大学生良好的体育价值观,加大对大学生尤其是女大学生的引导力度,充分发挥体育社团在课外体育锻炼中的作用与功能,并在体育锻炼过程中给予必要的技术指导.Under the background of Sunny Sports, he college students＇ sport cognition and behavior in Hangzhou is explored in this article with the combination of questionnaire and statistics analysis. The result shows that the surveyed college students have higher cognition level on physical exercise with all-round and multi-level physical exercise motivation; but their lifelong sports consciousness is weak with fuzzy concept on ＂sunny sports＂. The data also tells that most students have less interest and enthusiasm in physical exercises; and there is obvious difference on project selection between male students and female students; the proportion of joining sports associations is also quite low. It is suggested to offer students more technical guidance in physical training and to help students lay stress on PE value.
