藿香正气胶囊联合诺氟沙星治疗急性胃肠炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察藿香正气胶囊联合诺氟沙星治疗急性胃肠炎疗效。方法将60例急性胃肠炎患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组(33例)和对照组(27例)。对照组给予诺氟沙星0.4 g,口服,2次·d-1,3 d为1个疗程;观察组在对照组治疗的基础上服用藿香正气胶囊4粒,2次·d-1,3 d为1个疗程。伴有发热、腹痛较剧者给予退热、解痉止痛等对症治疗。1个疗程后对2组的疗效进行比较。结果治疗组总有效率为96.9%,对照组总有效率为74.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.930,P<0.05)。结论藿香正气胶囊联合诺氟沙星治疗急性胃肠炎有良好的疗效。Objective To observe the effect of Huoxiang Zhengqi capsules combined with norfloxacin on acute gastroenteritis. Methods Sixty cases of acute gastroenteritis were randomly treated with oral norfloxacin 0.4 g twice per day alone （control group, n=27） or in combination with Huoxiarlg Zhengqi capsules 4 capsules per time twice per day （treatment group, n=33）. The treatment was repeated every 3 days. Patients with fever or severe abdominal pain were additionally given antipyretie, antispasmodic, painkiller and other symptomatic treatment. The curative effect was compared after one course of treatment. Results The total effective rate in treatment group （96.9%） was significantly higher than that in control group （74.0%）（X2=7.930,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Huoxiang Zhengqi capsules combined with norfloxacin is effective for acute gastroenteritis.
