构建微博公共话语平台的路径选择

摘　　要：微博具有公共话语平台的特质,为社会公众的情绪宣泄和意见表达提供了一个前所未有的具有强大包容性和广阔视野的互动自由平台,极大地拓展了社会舆论空间,人们开始在观念上和行为上将微博作为哈贝马斯的"公共领域"的话语平台。应通过培养公众媒介素养、加强制度建设、建立理性社群等路径构建微博公共话语平台,促其健康持续发展。The micro-blog is of the feature of the public discourse and it provides an unprecedentedly interactive platform with inclusive and broad horizons for emotional catharsis and opinion expressions of the public, greatly expanding the public space so that people start to use the micro-blog as ＂public sphere＂ discourse platform. We should construct the public discourse platform to promote its healthy and sustainable development by means of ways, such as fostering the micro-blog literacy of the public, strengthening the construction of systems and establishing a rational community.
