摘 要:为了分析横轴式掘进机的振动特性.用UG进行横轴式掘进机整机建模。导入ADAMS中,对虚拟样机模型中的液压缸进行处理。并定义履带、铲板、后支撑装置分别与地面的接触刚度、阻尼、摩擦系数等参数,最终在Vibmtion模块中对虚拟模型进行模态分析.在后处理模块中得到,掘进机各零部件在谐波函数激励下的二维、三维位移频响图。分析结果表明:横轴式掘进机有17阶模态频率及振型,各阶模态频率在0.1-110Hz.主要分布在30Hz以下。电控箱的6阶模态频率均在10~30Hz,只有后支撑部位的模态频率较大为107.5Hz。In order to analyze vibration characteristics of horizontal axis road-header,the model of horizontal axis road-header is established based on UG. The model is imported to ADAMS and analyzed in vibration module through setting contact stiffness ,damping,friction parameters of caterpillar, shovel plate, rear support device and get the 2D, 3D displacement frequency response diagram of road-header components under the harmonic function excitation. The analysis results show that axis road-header has 17 olxler modal frequency which are between 0.1 to 110 Hz and mainly distributed in the 30 Hz, electric cabinet 6 order modal frequencies are beteeen 10 to 30 Hz and the rear support part has a relatively high frequency as 107.5 Hz.
