摘　　要：通过对气象部门基层台站职工的远程学习状况抽样调查,分析其人员结构特点与学习情况,总结当前基层气象职工实际学习需求,提出了基层气象职工开展远程学习存在的问题并给出几点建议。By conducting a sample survey of distance education status of the grass -roots stations staff in China Meteorological Administration, this paper analyzed the learning characteristics and learning situation, summarized their requirements of continuing ed- ucation, carried out the problems of distance learning and gave some suggestions to solve the problems.
