乳腺癌改良根治术后康复操的应用及评价

摘　　要：目的评价康复操对乳腺癌改良根治术后患者患肢功能的作用。方法选择60例乳腺癌改良根治术后患者,随机分为对照组及康复组,每组30例,康复组进行康复操训练,对照组未进行训练。观察两组术后患肢功能恢复情况,并进行日常生活能力和生活质量测评。结果乳腺癌术后康复组外展、前屈、后伸、内外旋、爬墙高度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);患肢水肿情况、日常生活能力、生活质量评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论乳腺癌术后患者进行康复操训练可改善患肢功能,提高术后生活质量,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the effect of rehabilitation gymnastics on the affected limb function after modified radical mastectomy of breast cancer.Methods Sixty patients after modified radical mastectomy were selected and divided into 2 groups randomly,each group included 30 patients.Patients in the rehabilitation training group practiced the rehabilitation gymnastics,while in the control group,patients did not take exercise.The functional recovery of the affected limb and the activities of daily life were evaluated.Results The rehabilitation training could help the patients to move the affected limb outward,forward,backward after breast cancer operation.The difference of the 2 groups was significant（P 0.01）.Compared with the control group,the edema of the affected limb,the activities of daily life and the quality of life in the rehabilitation group were significantly different（P 0.01）.Conclusion The rehabilitation gymnastics can help in recovering of the function of the affected limb after breast cancer operation.It can improve the patients＇ quality of life and merits promotion.
