摘　　要：综述了用于测试晶闸管结温的间接测试法、直接测试法、热阻抗等效法和数值计算等方法。总结了各方法的应用场合,比较了各方法的优缺点,并指出了今后发展的趋势和研究方向。A variety of methods to measure the junction temperature have been summarized in this paper, such as the indirect measurement method, the direct measurement method, the equivalent thermal impedance method and the nu- merical calculation method, etc. It also sums up the application occasions respectively, compares the advantages and disadvantages of each method, and points out the developing trends and research directions in the future.
