摘  要:以火麻仁油的收率为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交实验优化火麻仁油的超临界CO2萃取工艺条件,并用GC-MS对最佳工艺条件萃取的火麻仁油脂肪酸成分进行分析。结果表明:超临界CO2萃取火麻仁油的最佳工艺条件为萃取压力40 MPa、萃取温度45℃、萃取时间2 h、CO2流量30 L/h,在最佳工艺条件下火麻仁油的平均收率为28.5%;从火麻仁油中分离并鉴定出6种成分,其中4种为脂肪酸,占总含量的74.76%,以不饱和脂肪酸(亚油酸和亚麻酸)为主,占总含量的68.89%,另2种成分还需进一步鉴定。With oil yield as evaluation index,the orthogonal design L9(34)was applied to optimize supercritical CO2 extraction conditions of Fructus cannabis oil,and fatty acid composition of the oil extracted under the optimal conditions was analyzed by GC-MS.The results indicated that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:extraction pressure 40 MPa,extraction temperature 45 ℃,extraction time 2 h,CO2 flow rate 30 L/h,and the average oil yield was 28.5% under these conditions.Six kinds of compounds in the oil were separated and identified,among them four kinds were fatty acids(74.76%),and the content of unsaturated fatty acid(linoleic acid and linolenic acid)reached 68.89%,the other two compounds need to be indentified.
