双螺旋榨油机榨螺参数与榨膛内压力的关系研究

摘　　要：研究了双螺旋榨油机榨螺参数与榨膛内压力的关系。根据现有双螺旋榨油机榨螺的实体模型,通过构建榨膛内油料的几何模型,运用有限元ANSYS软件对榨膛内的油料进行分析,得出榨膛内油料受到的压力沿着榨螺螺旋线方向递增,而非沿着榨螺轴线方向变化;榨螺的结构参数及压榨过程中的工艺参数与榨膛内油料所受压力有着紧密的联系。The cording to the the barrel was results showed along the axis relationship of worm parameters and barrel pressure of twin - screw press was studied. Acphysical model of worm of the existing twin - screw press, the geometry model of feed in built, and the feed in barrel was analyzed using the finite element ANSYS software. The that the pressure got by feed in the barrel increased gradually along the spiral of worm not of worm ; the structure parameters of worm and process parameter during pressing had close relationship with the pressure got by feed.
