摘 要:为了提高棉籽加工产品的质量与棉籽加工附加值,在棉籽加工过程中需要对其进行剥壳处理。棉籽剥壳后其仁壳分离效果的好坏决定了浸出棉籽油、棉籽粕质量的优劣。通过对棉籽仁壳分离工艺的改进发现,相比于传统的仁壳分离工艺,改进后采用的多道循环筛分仁壳分离工艺增加了风选力度,剥壳后的棉籽仁壳分离效果较好,得到仁中含壳率为4%~7%,壳中含仁率为0.3%~0.5%,而传统工艺得到的仁中含壳率为15%,壳中含仁率为2%~3%。In order to improve the quality and added value of cottonseed processing products, cottonseed need to be decorticated in cottonseed processing. The separation effect of cottonseeds kernel and hull determined the qualities of solvent extracted oil and cottonseed meal . Comparing with the traditional kernel and hull separation process, the improved multi -channel circulation screening process increased the strength of air separation, and it had a good separation effect with 4% -7% rate of hull in kernel and 0.3% -0.5% rate of kernel in hull, which was 15% and 2% -3% with traditional process.
