摘　　要：随着学术职业研究的进一步深化,学术职业伦理日渐成为学术职业研究所亟需关注的重要领域。学术职业伦理具有其自身的独特内涵与属性,并对学术职业的发展具有重要的利导作用。现阶段我国学术职业伦理在塑造过程中存在着外部力量干扰、自身精神缺失以及责任划定困境等相关问题,以精神价值与规则为导向对学术职业伦理进行有效提升是学术职业伦理科学塑造的必要手段。Along with the deeply research of Academic profession , Academic professional ethics have gradually become an important sector which is in urgent need of attracting people＇s attention in the academic profession study. Academic professional ethnics possess their unique contents and properties, and have a significant guiding function to the development of academic profession＇s development. In the formation of academic professional ethics principles in our country, some relevant problems exist such as the disturbance of external force, the lack of our own spirits and the difficulty in responsibility assignment. It is an essential method to effectively and scientifically improve it under the guidance of value, spirit and rule.
