摘  要:目的 评价并探讨FujiⅦ预防固定正畸过程中釉质脱矿的有效性.方法 选择于吉林大学口腔医院正畸科就诊并需戴用固定矫治器的患者30例,男10例,女20例,年龄范围11~13岁.采用投币法将所需观察的牙齿随机分为实验侧与对照侧.在正畸托槽粘结后于实验侧的上颌侧切牙、尖牙、第一双尖牙/第二双尖牙托槽周围1.5mm范围处涂布FujiⅦ,对照侧不涂.于初戴、矫治后1、3、6及9个月时应用专业数码相机拍摄口内彩色照片,观察实验侧与对照侧各牙位脱矿的变化,记录每个患者矫治不同时段牙面各区域的釉质脱矿指数(enamel decalcification index,EDI).应用SPSS11.5统计学软件进行统计学分析.结果 对照侧平均EDI在矫治1个月时为0.256,3个月时为0.358,6个月时为0.394,9个月时为0.350;而实验侧平均釉质脱矿指数在矫治1个月时为0.194,3个月时为0.222,6个月时为0.186,9个月时为0.144.以上数据表明实验侧平均釉质脱矿指数在矫治后1、3、6及9个月明显低于对照侧(P<0.05).实验侧发生的釉质脱矿程度轻于对照侧,重度脱矿的出现明显少于对照侧.结论 FujiⅦ对固定正畸过程中患者的釉质脱矿具有一定的积极预防作用,但尚不能完全阻止釉质脱矿的发生发展.Objective To investigate the effectiveness of Fuji Ⅶ on preventing enamel demineralization around brackets during orthodontic treatment.Methods 30 patients (11 13 years old,10 male and 20 female) receiving fixed orthodontic treatment in Jilin university were randomly selected.Contralateral teeth were also randomly divided into experimental and control group.After bonding,Fuji Ⅶ were applied within 1.5 mm range around lateral incisors,canines,first premolarandsecond premolar brackets of experimental group.The control group received no applicatior.Digital camera images of teeth were takenimmediately,after one month,three months,six months and nine months after bonding to observe the possible demineralization.EDI index was also used to record enamel demineralization situation of different stages.Pair t test was performed to analyze the data(SPSS11.5 software package).Results The average enamel decalcification index of the control sidewas 0.256,0.358,0.394,0.350 respectively for 1 month,3 months,6 months and 9 months after treatment,while the index for experimental sidewas 0.194,0.222,0.186,0.144 respectively for the corresponding time.The data indicated a significant lower EDI in the experimental group than in the control side (P〈0.05).The enameldemineralizations in experimental side were much less severe than control side.Conclusions Fuji Ⅶ can prevent enamel demineralization around brackets in some extent,yet not absolutely prevent the procedure.
