口腔正畸患者就诊原因和满意度调查分析

摘　　要：目的 研究正畸患者就诊的目的、动机和就诊满意度,促进正畸科口腔医疗服务质量的提高.方法 随机抽取口腔正畸科门诊咨询及治疗患者1065人进行问卷调查,对结果进行描述分析.结果 研究发现正畸治疗的主要原因是影响容貌美观及个人形象;儿童主要是应父母的要求前来就诊,而成人病人主要是为了社交、工作及恋爱、婚姻的需要;患者最为关心的问题主要包括医生技术水平、治疗效果,疗程长短及收费的高低.90％以上的复诊患者对接诊医生服务态度与医疗质量,护士及导医的服务态度及质量,诊疗环境满意或基本满意.结论 最大程度获得颜面部及牙齿的美观是正畸患者就诊的主要原因;患者对西安交通大学口腔医院正畸医疗服务整体满意率相对较高,对等候或排队时间满意率低.Objective To investigate the demand,motivation and satisfaction of orthodontic patients in return to improve clinic service quality.Methods 1065 patients were randomlyselectedfrom orthodontic departments.All the subjects were subscribed to questionnaire.Data were collected and analyzed with SPSS 13.0.Results The main purpose for treatment was to improve appearance.Young patients mainly followed their parents＇ idea,while adult patients seek treatment for the purposes of improving social communication,working performance and marriage status.The main concerns of the patients focus on orthodontic techniques,treatment effects,treatment duration and charges.Over 90% of satisfaction rate were achieved on the issues of orthodontic treatment quality,staff member services including orthodontists,nurses and guides,and clinic environment.Conclusions To main reason to seek orthodontic treatment was to maximize facial and dental appearance improvement.The patients were satisfied on orthodontic service provided by Xian Jiaotong University Hospital of Stomatology,but were not satisfied on waiting time duration.
