摘　　要：目的探讨小儿先天性肠旋转不良的影像表现,以提高本病的确诊率。方法回顾性分析13例经手术证实的小儿先天性肠旋转不良的影像资料。结果消化道造影可见十二指肠与空肠上段位置异常11例,其中十二指肠呈螺旋型下降5例,十二指肠水平段梗阻4例,十二指肠空肠曲位于脊椎右侧2例,钡剂灌肠回盲部位置异常12例。超声检查肠系膜上动静脉关系异常11例,呈漩涡征改变8例。结论十二指肠、空肠上段、回盲部位置异常及漩涡征是小儿先天性肠旋转不良的特征性影像表现,可作为小儿先天性肠旋转不良的诊断依据。Objective To explore imaging manifestations of congenital intestinal malrotation in children to improve the diagnosis rate. Methods A retrospective analysis of 13 cases confirmed by operation of congenital intestinal malrotation image data. Results In ll cases of abnormal gastrointestinal radiography showed upper position of duodenum and jejunum,the duodenal spiralling decline in 5 cases, 4 cases of duodenal obstruction in horizontal section, duodenojejunal flexure is located on the right side of the spine in 2 cases,barium enema ileocecal position in 12 cases of abnormal.Ultrasonography of superior mesenteric artery and vein in ll cases with abnormal relationship,in the whirlpool sign changes in 8 cases. Conclusion The duodenum,proximal jejunum,ileocecal in abnormal position,and whirlpool sign are characteristic imaging manifestations of congenital intestinal malrotation in children,which can be used as a basis for diagnosis of congenital intestinal malrotation.
