摘 要:目的探讨磁敏感加权成像技术(susceptibility weighted imaging,SWI)在脑胶质瘤分级诊断中的应用价值。方法收集27例经手术病理证实的脑胶质瘤,手术前行SWI扫描并对肿瘤内磁敏感信号(ITSS)级别进行分级判断与病理结果对照分析。结果 9例低级别脑胶质瘤的ITSS评级:0级5例,I级4例,18例高级别脑胶质瘤的ITSS评级:I级1例,II级6例,III级11例。高低级别组脑胶质瘤的ITSS级别有统计学差异(Z=-4.87,P<0.01),ITSS级别与脑胶质瘤的病理分级呈正相关(r值为0.95,P<0.01)。结论 SWI有助于脑胶质瘤的分级。Objective To assess the clinical value of susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI) in Grading of cerebral glioma. Methods The SW! scans were performed in 27cases of cerebral glioma with pathologically confirmed before treatment operation. Correlation with pathology was analyzed the intratumoral susceptibility signals(ITSS) level in all cases. Results Cerebral glioma in 9 cases of low grade group, ITSS scored 0 in 5 cases, 1 in 4 cases. 18 cases of high grade group cerebral glioma, ITSS scored 1 in 1 cases, 2 in 6 cases and 3 in I 1 cases. There was statistical significance in ITSS levels between high and low grade group cerebral glioma (Z=-4.87, P〈0.01), there was positive correlation between the levels of ITSS and the grade of cerebral glioma (r: 0.95, P〈0.01). Conclusion SWl may be helpful for evaluation of cerebral glioma grading.
