摘　　要：在参考国外同类产品标准的基础上 ,介绍了新型耐油又耐寒橡胶配方的研制、试验情况。新材料不仅具有耐油性 ,在耐高温性、耐疲劳性和抗永久变形性方面也有较大幅度的提高。成品通过了高低温试验、机能试验、台架耐久试验、列车试验、装车考验。结果证明 :新材料提高了制动机的安全可靠性 ,可以根除老产品腐蚀、变形、穿孔的现象 。The development and testing of the formula of the new type oil resistant and cold resistant rubber are described with reference of the stand ard for the same category products abroad.The new material is not only oil resistant,but also has fairly great improvement in performance of high temperature resistance,fatigue resistance and permanent deformation resistance.The finished products have passed the high and low temperature tests,functional test,bench endurance test,train test and operation test.The test results show that the new material has improved the safety reliability of the brake,can eliminate the corrosion,deformation and penetrating of the old products and solve a difficult problem in modernization of the railway.
