摘　　要：学校国防教育是全民国防教育的基础,是实施素质教育的重要内容。加强大学生国防忧患意识的培养和国家安全教育,增强国防责任感,是当前我国国防建设的必然要求,而在高校以学生军训为主体的国防教育活动是培养大学生国防忧患意识的最重要、最有效的途径和手段。National defense education is provided for all citizens of a basic education, it is an important component of national defense construction. It is to enhance students ＇ sense of urgency to national defense cultivation, national security education training, and strengthen national defense responsibility, is current-ly the inevitable requirement for China＇s national defense construction. Military training for students in colleges and universities to national defense education as the main defense is to train students sense of ur-gency to national defense, that means the most important and effective way.
