摘　　要：乘坐舒适度是衡量车辆运行品质好坏的一项主要性能指标,GB/T5599-85对此有严格定义及处理的方式方法及评判标准,所研制的平稳性指标仪采用新型压电式三维加速度传感器实时测量、显示及打印加速度及平稳性指标;采用DSP技术实时计算平稳性指标;同时配备并行微机接口,实现数据的快速传输,存储容量大;内置计数器及GPS(全球卫星定位系统)提供准确速度信息;安装方式灵活,传感器既可安装在仪器内部,也可通过专用电缆安装在100m范围内的任何地方,传感器底座可装强力永磁铁(吸力≥200N),安装简便;供电方式灵活,既可用220V、50Hz市电,也可内置充电电池,最大可连续工作4h。可根据ISO2631及UIC513标准进行舒适度计算,仪器的市场前景广阔。Ride Index is one of the main specifications of the vehicle , the standard GB5599 - 85 gives the strict definition, data processing and judge standard about it. The instrument uses a piezoelectric three - axle accelerator to measure, display, print the acceleration and ride index, the processing time is sharply reduced through using DSP technology. The data could be transmitted to the PC quickly through the EPP parallel interface. The device could get the vehicle's speed through the GPS or the rotate speed sensor. This portable instrument could also measure the passenger rde comfort by ISO2631 and UIC513. It has a good market prospect.
