口外型舌下腺囊肿21例诊治分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨口外型舌下腺囊肿的临床特点及诊治要点,避免临床上误诊误治。方法:收集经我院诊治的21例口外型舌下腺囊肿病例,并对其进行回顾性分析。结果:所有病例均行手术摘除舌下腺治愈。结论:下颌舌骨肌发育缺陷,舌下腺穿过该肌裂孔或间隙突入颌下区是其发病机制,行口内切口完整摘除舌下腺是根治口外型舌下腺囊肿最佳方法。Objective： Discuss the clinical characteristics and the outline of the diagnosis and treatment of the Extraoral Type of Sublingual Gland Cyst. avoiding the misdiagnose and promote the level of diagnosis and treatment of the Extraoral Type of Sublingnal Gland Cyst. Methods： Collect 21 cases of the Extraoral Type of Sublingual Gland Cyst,which are diagnosd and treated in our hospital.Moreover the clinical information is retrospectively analyzed. Resuh： aU the cases are cured by extirpation the sublingual gland with operation. Conclusion： The sublingnal gland perforates the chink or the clearance of the muscle and penetrates into the jaw section due to the deficient growth of hyoid muscle.This is the mechanism of this kind of disease.The extirpation the sublingual gland with operation is the optimal method of curing the extraoral type of cyst
