摘　　要：综述了近年来利用拮抗菌控制果蔬采后病害的拮抗菌种类及应用、拮抗菌的防病机制、拮抗菌增效措施,并分析了拮抗菌防治果蔬采后病害的前景,以及目前存在的问题。This paper reviewed the species and application of antagonistic bacteria for controlling the diseases of postharvest fruits and vegetables in recent years, summarized the disease prevention mechanism and synergistic measures of antagonistic bacteri- a, and analyzed the future prospects and the present existing problems in the control of diseases of postharvest fruits and vegetables by antagonistic bacteria.
