摘 要:某型雷达中央处理机逻辑关系复杂、信号形式多变,并缺乏较为详细的技术资料,使得雷达计算机故障的检测时间长、维修保障困难和维修费用高。为此,利用故障树分析法技术、模糊控制判决技术、OpenGL三维图形开发技术、大规模可编程器件技术、底层单片机控制技术,研制了操作方便,自动化、智能化程度高,检测方法迅速可靠,故障分析判断思路清晰,提供数据全面准确的雷达中央处理机测试仪,实现了对雷达中央处理机各部件的故障检测及定位,提高设备的可用率。The central processor of certain radar has complex logical relationship, variational signal form and is short of the related par ticulars, which reflect on the long fault detecting time, difficult maintaining and high upkeep costs. Therefore, a central processor tester is designed with fault tree analytical method technic, fuzzy control judgement technic, and OpenGL three-dimension diagram development tech- nic. Large-scale programble device technic and bottom SCM control technic. The tester, highly of automatization and intelligentialization, whose detecting method is prompt, accurate and fault analysis and iudgement consecution is legible, can be operated conveniently and pro- vides comprehensive exact data. The tester implements the fault detection and location of each part in the central processor and improves the usability of the device.
