摘 要:骨骼肌表面EMG的光谱参数可以根据肌肉的疲劳度和运动单元的参与数量来评估肌肉的协调性。研究尝试通过检测游泳运动员在游泳凳上训练时,其肌肉表面EMG光谱参数和特征的变化,挖掘不同水平运动员在不同训练阶段竞技能力演化特征。实验测试记录了10名不同年龄、不同运动水平运动员骨骼肌表面的EMG光谱参数。结果表明,青少年运动员在整个训练过程中,肱三头肌长头的表面频率变化不明显,竞技能力水平呈稳定的上升趋势;高水平游泳运动员肱三头肌长头的表面频率变化明显,竞技能力水平和频率在减量阶段都增加,而在大强度训练之后减少。因此,光谱参数能够提供高水平游泳运动员在大强度训练期间以及在竞赛之前减量阶段神经肌肉系统疲劳度的相关信息。The spectral parameter of surface skeletal mus- cle can evaluate the coordination of muscles according to the degree of fatigue of muscles and the participation quantity of kinematic unit. According to changes and characteristics of surface muscle EMG spectral parameter, the paper aims at discovering the evolutionary characteris- tics of competitive capacity of different level swimmers at different training period by testing swimmers' swim bench training. By using spectral analysis, the test records the surface muscle EMG spectral parameter of 10 swimmers at different ages and different level. The results show that during the whole training, teenage athletes' brachial three head long muscle median plane frequency has un-conspic- uous changes while the competitive capacity has a stable upward trend; high-level swimmers' brachial three head long muscle median plane frequency has obvious changes, level and frequency of competitive capacity both increase at decrement stage while decrease after intensive training. Spectral parameter can provide swimmers neuromuscular system fatigue degree of muscles coordination during the intensive training and increment at the decrement stage before competition.
