摘　　要：目的探讨64排螺旋CT扫描在脑膜瘤中的诊断价值。方法收集我院2008年10月—2013年3月经手术和病理证实的脑膜瘤患者58例,均进行64排螺旋CT平扫及增强扫描检查,并进行图像后处理。结果经病理证实50例为良性脑膜瘤,5例为非典型脑膜瘤,3例为恶性脑膜瘤;其中54例诊断准确,准确率为93%。结论 64排螺旋CT增强扫描时间短,图像显示清晰,有多种图像后处理技术可供选用,能发现较小的病灶,在脑膜瘤的诊断中具有重要价值。Objective To study the value of 64 - slice spiral CT scan in the diagnosis of meningioma. Methods 58 cases of meningioma confirmed by surgery and pathology in our hospital were chosen from October 2008 to March 2013, all cases were examed by the 64 - slice spiral CT scan, and enhanced scan and the images were post - processing. Results 50 cases were confirmed of benign meningiomas pathologically, 5 cases of atypical meningioma, 3 cases of malignant meningioma; 54 ca- ses were diagnosed accurately, the accuracy rate was 93 %. Conclusion Time of 64 - slice spiral CT scanning is short, the im- age is clear, in a variety of image post - processing techniques are available to choose, can find small lesions, has important val- ue in meningioma diagnosis.
