摘  要:电力系统已开展OTN骨干网的建设和PTN的试点工作,为实现电力OTN和PTN传输网的全网时间同步方案,将OTN定位为核心层,将PTN定位为汇聚层和接入层,将PTP标准应用于省级电力传输网的全网对时。选用支持PTP标准的OTN和PTN设备组网,同步建设电力时间同步管理系统,在各变电站闭环监测对时精度和时钟状态,在省网层面统一管理全网时钟,使全网时间同步精度能达到亚微秒级。The construction of the OTN backbone network and the PTN pilot project have been carried out in power systems. To realize a whole-network time synchronization scheme for a combinatory power transmission network of OTN and PTN, OTN and PTN act as the core layer, and the convergence layer and access layer respectively, and the PTP standard is used for the whole network time synchronization of provincial power transmission network. To Choose OTN and PTN equipments that support the PTP standard to networking, to construct a time synchronization management system, and to monitor the precision of time and status of devices circularly in each substation, and to manage time devices of provincial power transmission network, as a result, make the time synchronization accuracy of the whole network sub-microsecond.
