摘  要:定量评价滨海湿地的生态质量,对保护湿地生态环境具有重要意义。以湿地生态系统服务功能、社会文化功能、湿地经济评估功能为综合评价层,以20个生态评价因子为指标层,构建河北省滨海湿地可持续利用定量评价指标体系,采用层次分析法(AHP)以及专家评议的方法,计算出各生态评价因子的权重,通过指标加权计算,最终通过湿地可持续利用度来表达湿地的生态环境质量。计算结果表明:河北省滨海湿地中唐海湿地和七里海湿地处于中可持续度阶段,数值都在4.0~5.0;南大港湿地和海兴湿地为弱可持续度阶段,数值低于4.0;没有一块湿地处于强可持续度。通过滨海湿地可持续利用的定量评价,提出了湿地维持、湿地可持续发展的保护措施,对掌握沿海地区湿地生态环境状况,维持湿地的可持续发展有着重要的指导意义。Ecological quality evaluation of coastal wetland, is of great significance to the protection of the ecologi- cal environment of wetland. The wetland ecosystem service function, social function, economic function of wetland assessment for comprehensive evaluation ,in 20 ecological evaluation factor as the index layer,construct the evalua- tion index system of sustainable utilization of coastal wetlands in Hebei Province, using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method and expert appraisal,to calculate the weight of every evaluation of ecological factors,the weighted index calculation, the ecological environment quality of sustainable utilization of the wetland to expression of wet- land. The results show that: the coastal wetland in Hebei province in Tanghai wetland and seven Caspian Sea wetland in sustainable degree stage, values are 4- 5; the Nandagang wetland and Haixing wetland weak sustain- able degree stage,numerical below 4;not a piece of wetland in the strong sustainability. Through the quantitative evaluation of sustainable utilization of coastal wetland, wetland protection measures were proposed to maintain the sustainable development of wetland,to grasp the ecological environment status of wetlands in coastal areas ,has im- portant guiding significance to maintain the sustainable development of wetland.
