摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌组织中KAI1/CD82的表达及其与肿瘤转移的关系。方法采用组织芯片技术及免疫组化方法检测223例胃癌组织的KAI1/CD82的蛋白表达,分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果胃癌组织中KAI1/CD82的阳性表达率为53.8%。其表达与患者的性别、年龄、胃癌分期无关,而与肿瘤的分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移密切相关。二元Logistic回归前进法显示,分化程度是影响KAI1/CD82表达最显著的因素。结论 KAI1/CD82表达可作为评估胃癌预后的指标。Objective To investigate the KAI1/CD82 expression in gastric cancer and its correlation with tumor metastasis. Methods KAI1/CD82 expression in 223 cases with gastric cancer was detected by tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry methods. The correlation between the expression and clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of KAI1/CD82 in gastric cancer tissues was 53.8%. KAI1/CD82 expression was not associated with gender,age and tumor stages, but had a close relationship with tumor differentiation, invasion and lymph node metastasis. Binary logistic regression analysis showed that the differentiation of gastric cancer was the most significant factor for KAI1/CD82 expression. Conclusion KAI1/CD82 expression can be taken as a marker for predicting the prognosis of the patients with gastric cancer.
