复方黄柏液雾化吸入治疗口咽部重型口疮的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方黄柏液治疗口咽部重型口疮的临床效果。方法:120例口咽部重型口疮患者随机分为对照组和实验组1和实验组2各40例。对照组采用地塞米松5 mg雾化吸入;实验组1采用复方黄柏液10 mL、地塞米松5mg雾化吸入;实验组2采用复方黄柏液10 mL、地塞米松3 mg雾化吸入。结果:实验组1、实验组2的疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组1的疗效与实验组2比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),三组患者止痛起效时间无差异,实验组1、实验组2镇痛维持时间优于对照组。结论:复方黄柏液雾化吸入治疗口咽部的重型口疮具有良好的临床疗效,并可减少激素的应用量。Objective：The purpose of the study was to evaluate the efficacy of Fufang huangbai liquid in treatment of major aphtha. Metbod：120 cases were chosen and randomly divided into three groups. Control group were treated with atomization inhalation of 5mg dexamethasone. Atomization inhalation of 10 ml Fufang huangbai liquid and 5 mg dexamethasone were treated with experiment group 1st. Atomization inhalation of 1Oral Fufang huangbai liquid and 3 mg dexamethasone were treated with experiment group group 2nd.The change of areas of ulcer and the analgesic time of three groups were compared after one week. Result：Comparing the three groups,the effecacy of experiment groups were much higher than control group, The time of producing analgesic effect of three groups were just same. The time of maintaining analgesic effect of experiment group 1st and experiment group group 2nd were longer than control group. Significant changes were observed in statistics. Conclusion： The Fufang huangbai liquid has a good clinical effect on major aphtha, and it can be used extentively in clinic with less use of adrenal cortex hormone.
