摘　　要：目的分析粒细胞肉瘤(GS)的影像学表现,探讨其影像学特征,提高对其认识及诊断水平。方法回顾性分析6例经病理确诊GS的影像学表现。结果 6例中,2例发生于颅内,3例发生于椎旁及椎管内外,1例发生于胆总管。颅内GS CT像上表现为密度高于脑实质的肿块或结节,增强扫描呈明显强化,CT值增加约60 HU。椎旁及椎管内外GS CT像上表现为密度等同于肌肉的不规则形肿块,增强扫描呈中度不均匀强化,CT值增加约30HU;肿块在T1WI、T2WI上分别呈等信号、稍高信号。胆总管GS MRI上表现为肝内胆管扩张,胆囊增大。梗阻部位在胆总管近端,其远侧段显示无扩张或狭窄。结论 CT上表现为密度高于脑实质或等同于肌肉的结节或肿块,增强扫描中至重度强化,MRI上表现为T1WI等信号、T2WI稍高信号的结节或肿块,可考虑对GS的诊断。Objective To delineate the radiological findings of granulocytic sarcoma. Methods Six cases of granulo- cytic sarcoma pathologically confirmed were analyzed for their radiologieal chararacteristies. Results Six cases were loca- ted at intraeranialin 2, paravertebral and spinal eanalin 3, choledoeho in 1 case. On CT imaging, intracranial granulocytic sarcoma lesions were hyperdense to the substance of the brain and enhanced markedly with 60 HU increasement. Granulo- cytic sarcoma in the paravertebral and spinal canal branch into the internal and external were isodense to normal muscle on CT scans with moderate heterogeneous enhancement that the CT value was increased by 30 HU while isointense and mildly hyperintense on T,-weighted and T2-weighted MR imaging, respectively. Choledocho grannlocytic sarcoma caused the dila- tion of the intrahepatic bile duct and enlargement of the gallbladder on MRI imaging. The common bile duct of proximal seg- ment was obstructed and its distal segment showed no expansion or narrow. Conclusion Granulocytic sarcomas have spe- cific radiologic findings. Grannlocytie sarcoma lesions were hyperdense to the substance of the brain with moderate to severe enhancement on CT imaging, whlie isointense and mildly hyperintense on T1-weighted and T2-weighted MR imaging, re- spectively. Recognition the specific radiological and pathological manifestations helps the diagnosis of granuloeytic sarcoma.
