摘  要:目的:研究鼻腔鼻窦鳞状细胞癌组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的临床病理学意义,同时探讨VEGF与微血管密度(MVD)和微淋巴管密度(MLVD)的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学法,检测41例鼻腔鼻窦鳞状细胞癌中VEGF的表达,同时标记CD34和D2-40,分别检测鼻腔鼻窦鳞状细胞癌组织中MVD和MLVD。结果:41例鼻腔鼻窦鳞状细胞癌中VEGF表达的阳性率为82.9%(34/41),VEGF的表达与患者性别无关(P>0.05),而与肿瘤的侵犯范围、组织学分级和淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05);VEGF表达阳性组的平均MVD高于阴性组(P<0.05),而平均MLVD阳性组和阴性组之间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:VEGF可能通过促进鼻腔鼻窦鳞状细胞癌的血管形成而参与癌细胞的浸润转移,没有参与鼻腔鼻窦鳞状细胞癌微淋巴管的生成。Objective:To study the expression of VEGF in sinonasal squamous cell carcinoma and its correlations with microvessel density(MVD), mierolymphatic vessel density(MLVD). Method: The expression of VEGF, MVD and MLVD in 41 cases of sinonasal squamous cell carcinoma were detected by immunohistchemical technique. Result: In the sinonasal squamous cell carcinoma, the positive rate of VEGF was 82.9 % (34/41). The over expression of VEGF was related with tumor invation, histological grading and lymphatic metastasis (P〈0.05). The MVD of cases with positive VEGF expression was significantly higher than those without VEGF expression (P〈0.05), but was not statistical difference in MLVD(P〉0.05). Conelusion:VEGF may participate in the metastasis of sinonasal squamous cell carcinoma through promoting vascularization in the tumors, but not promoting MLVD.
