摘 要:考察了矿物油、合成油、生物柴油、植物油等多种基础油的理化性能、振动值;对多种基础油进行复配,得到了黏度适中、振动值较低的复合基础油;用一定比例的防锈剂、油性剂、极压抗磨剂等在复合基础油中进行复配,研制出与进口防锈油相比振动值降低3~5 dB的防锈油配方。Based on the investigation of the physicochemical properties and vibration value of various base oils such as min- eral oil, synthetic oil, biodiesel and vegetable oil, a kind of compound base oil with appropriate viscosity and lower vibration value was produced. Furthermore, the rust proof oil was developed by incorporating a certain percentage of anti - rust a- gents, oily agent, EP & antiwear agents etc. into the compound base oil. The result showed that the vibration value of pre- pared oil can be decreased by 3 -5 dB compared with the imported rust proof oil.
