视盘血管炎25例

摘　　要：目的　了解视盘血管炎的临床表现及治疗效果。方法　对25例视盘血管炎的临床资料进行分析讨论。结果　患者平均年龄22.6岁，男14例，女11例，Ⅰ型16例，Ⅱ型9例。Ⅰ型主要表现为视盘水肿，Ⅱ型主要表现为视网膜中央静脉阻塞。结论　视盘血管炎的病因目前尚不清楚，皮质类固醇治疗是有效的方法。To investigate the clinical manifestation and treatment of optic disc vasculitis. Methods The clinical data of 25 cases with optic disc vasculitis were studied. Rusults The average age of patients was 22.6 years, 14 cases were male, 11 cases were female; typeⅠ,16 cases, typeⅡ,9 cases. The oedema of the optic disc was the dominant feature in typeⅠcases, and the appearance of the fundus was like central retinal vein occlusion in type Ⅱ cases. Conclusion The cause of optic disc vasculitis is not clear at present; corticosteroid therapy iseffective.
