摘 要:目的 探讨端粒酶活性在喉癌发病机制中的作用和临床意义。方法 采用端粒重复序列扩增法(TRAP)对80例喉部组织标本(32例喉癌、24例手术安全缘组织、24例喉部正常粘膜)进行端粒酶活性检测。结果 喉癌及手术安全缘组织端粒酶阳性率分别为93.8%、16.7%,而24例正常喉粘膜均未检测到端粒酶活性。喉癌端粒酶活性表达与年龄、性别、癌组织分化程度、淋巴结转移及临床分期均无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论 端粒酶活性表达在喉癌发病机制中可能起着重要作用,并有可能成为喉癌的组织特异性标志物。Objective To study the role of telomerase activity in the tumorigenesis of laryngocarcinoma. Methods Eighty specimens of laryngeal tissue were obtained from biopsies. Thirty-two specimens taken from laryngocarcinoma, 24 from safe surgical marginal tissues of the tumor and 24 from normal laryngeal mucosas were subjected to telomerase activity test according to telomeric repeat amplification protocol. Results Telomerase activity was detected in 30 laryngocarcinoma specimens (98.3%) and 4 safe surgical marginal tissues specimens (16.7%). Telomerase activity, in contrast, was not detected in normal tissue. No evident correlation between telomerase activity and patient age, gender, tumor differentiation grade, lymph node metastasis as well as the clinical stage of tumor development was observed (P>0.05). Conclusion Telomerase activity may play a crucial role in the tumorigenesis of laryngocarcinoma.
