摘　　要：在高职人才培养模式改革中,创新教学方法是重中之重。"以学生为中心"教学法包含了倾听、尊重、开放的心态、多维的视角四个重要的教学理念,遵循着一些重要的教学原则,并发展出一套可供实践的教学模式,完全契合高职人才培养的要求。在物流类专业教学中应用"以学生为中心"教学法,教师会遇到一些来自资源约束和传统教学惯性的影响,这些影响和约束是可以克服的。In higher vocational talents training mode reform, innovation teaching method is the top priority. ＂Student-centred Learning Approach＂ contains four important teaching ideas about listening, respect, an open mind, multidimensional perspective. It follows some important teaching principles and develops a set of practical teaching mode. It completely agree with higher vocational talents training requirements.While teachers use Student-centred Learning Approach in logistics class specialized teaching, they will encounter some problems from resources constraint and the influence of traditional teaching inertia. But consequently they can overcome all these problems
