论中职学生顶岗实习的质量与管理——基于对广州市中职学校的调查

摘　　要：顶岗实习是职业院校培养适应社会经济发展需要的高技能应用型人才的重要途径。调查发现,广州市中职学校学生顶岗实习总体情况良好,但仍面临合适的实习岗位不足、实习过程性管理欠缺、部分企业将实习生当廉价劳动力等问题,可从合理分担实习成本、畅通校企沟通平台、加强过程性管理等方面努力。Vocational school students school-running practice is the important way to make students adapt to the so- cial economic development needs for the high-skill talents. The survey finds that Guangzhou vocational school students＇ school-running practice is overall in good condition, but still faces many problems, such as insufficient po- sition, lack of process management, students being treated as cheap labor. We can improve the condition by way of sharing the cost from reasonable practice, a smooth communication platform, strengthening the process of manage- ment efforts.
