摘  要:目的探讨尖锐湿疣(CA)患者中人乳头瘤病毒的亚型分布情况及其临床意义。方法采用基因芯片分型技术检测171例CA患者的HPV感染情况。结果①143例HPV阳性,阳性率为83.63%。感染频度前5位分别为6,11,16,58和42型。单一基因型别阳性率是49.12%,多重基因型别阳性率是34.50%。②171例患者23种HPV亚型共检测出19种HPV基因型别。检测出的总亚型数为239种,低危型占67.78%(162/239),高危型占32.22%(77/239)。90.91%(70/77)的高危亚型以混合感染形式存在,女性高危型HPV检出率明显高于男性。③感染高峰年龄为20~29岁。结论本地区CA患者HPV感染以低危型(HPV6、HPV11)为主,但也有较高比例的高危亚型感染,且多以混合感染形式存在。Objective It is to study the distribution of human papillomavirus (HPV) subtypes and its clinical significance in Condyloma Acuminate(CA). Methods HPV inl71 patients with CA were detected by gene chip technology. Results (1) HPV was positive in 143 cases, the positive rate was 83.63% ; the five leading HPV types were as follows: 6, 11, 16, 58, 42. The positive rate of single genotype was 49.12% ; the positive rate of multiple genotypes was 34.50%. The 19 HPV genotypes were detected in total 23 HPV subtypes in 171 patients. The total number of subtypes detected was 239, the low-risk HPV genotypes accounted for 67.78% ( 162/239 ) ; the high-risk HPV genotypes were 32.22% (77/239). 90.91% (70/77) of high-risk HPV genotypes existed with mixed infection. The positive rate of high-risk HPV in female was higher than that of male. (2) The infection peak of age was 20 - 29 year old. Conclusion HPV 6 and 11 were the main subtypes in CA in local re- gion, and the patients with CA had a high rate of the high-risk HPV infection. The majority of the high-risk HPV genotypes exist with mixed infection.
