摘　　要：中医基础学科研究生的培养需在彰显中医药传统特色的同时,跟上时代步伐。笔者在从事研究生教育工作中发现,欲使研究生成为中医基础扎实、专业知识广博、具有独立思考和创新能力的复合型人才,不能单纯依赖课程设置的合理化,必须以导师为主从德育、专业知识和科研能力等方面引导研究生步入正确的学习轨道。如此才能真正培养出实用的中医药人才。The postgraduates in basic TCM disciplines should have traditional Chinese medical characteristics and keep up to the times. In the postgraduate education, the students will become complex talents with a solid and broad knowledge of Chinese medicine and independent thinking and innovative ability when instructors guide them into the right learning track from the moral, expertise and research capacity, so the rationalization of the curriculum is not only way.
