摘 要:目的探讨军队疗养院青年战士的心理健康教育模式,为后勤基层部队的人员管理提供参考依据。方法整群抽取2012-03—2013-03在疗养院服现役的青年战士47人为被试对象,通过评估、计划、实施、评价等心理健康教育模式,分析其教育前后心理状况变化。具体实施:首先针对性地制定健康管理措施。半年后追踪随访、评价健康教育带来的行为改变效果,根据反馈信息修正、完善教育方法和管理措施,一年后再次评估效果。结果通过一年针对性的心理健康教育,战士们的心理健康状态有了很大变化,SCL-90症状自评量表测试各项目因子得分明显降低。问卷调查反馈40人(85%)感觉没有或很少出现焦虑、抑郁的情绪体验,由此引起的人际关系问题得到很好改善;一年后再次随访,33人(70%)仍朝着近期目标努力;士兵队主官反馈信息:心理健康教育后管理工作开展顺利。结论通过心理健康讲座、互动交流等方式进行群体心理健康知识普及、个别对象进行单独心理帮助,能使青年战士知晓青年期心理特点,坦然面对自我同一性形成期的迷茫、焦虑;与思想政治教育相互配合,使战士的心理更健康,更能自觉主动地遵守纪律、服从管理。Objective To probe into the psychological health education mode for young soldiers at military sanatorium so as to provide reference for personnel management at logistics basic level army. Methods 47 young soldiers in active service at sanatorium from March, 2012 to March, 2013 were clustering extracted as subjects ,were given psychological health education mode of assessment ,plan, implementa-tion, and evaluation, then psychologic status changes before and after the education were analyzed.Concrete implementation:first health man-agement measures were pertinently decided ; half an year later follow-up visit was made to evaluate behavior changes by health education ; educational methods and management measures were amended and completed according to the feedback information; effects were assessed again after one year. Results After one year of pertinent psychological health education, the psychological health status of the soldiers changed greatly, arid each item factor score of SCL-90 reduced clearly.Questionnaire survey feedback showed 40 subjects(85%) had no or little anxiety of depression ,which resulted in improved interpersonal relationship.Follow-up visit after one year showed 33 subjects (70%) were striving for near-term target.Feedback information from the soldier officers told management after psychological health education car- ried out smoothly.Gonclusion Group mental health knowledge popularization and individual psychological help for specific subject through psychological health lectures, interactive communication and so on can help young soldiers understand psychological characteristics of adoles-cence, calmly fhce the confusion, anxiety for self-identity.Together with ideological and political education, it can make the young soldiers more psychologically healthy, and more spontaneously observe discipline and obey management.
