摘  要:通过熔融共混法制备淀粉/低密度聚乙烯/黄麻纤维复合材料(S/LDPE/F).考察乙二醛的加入对复合材料拉伸性能和耐水性的影响.结果表明:乙二醛的加入有效地提高了复合材料的拉伸强度,当乙二醛的加入量为5%(质量分数)、压片反应时间为5 min时,拉伸强度达到21.5 MPa,比相同条件下制备的未加乙二醛的复合材料拉伸强度(6.25 MPa)提高了244%;加入乙二醛后复合材料的耐水性也有所提高;XRD结果显示:加入乙二醛后淀粉的结晶被进一步破坏.拉伸断口扫描电镜照片表明:乙二醛的加入使黄麻和塑化后淀粉之间的界面结合得到了改善.LDPE/starch/jute fiber composites were prepared through melt blending. The effect of glyox- al on the properties of the composite were studied. Results showed that the addition of glyoxal greatly im- proved the tensile strength of the composite. When the content of glyoxal is 5 % and the time for reaction is 5 min,the tensile strength of the composite reached to 21.5 MPa,while the tensile strength of the com- posite without glyoxal is 6.25 MPa;Water resistance was also improved after the addition of glyoxal. The crystalline structure of starch was partially destroyed by the addition of glyoxal as reflected by XRD. The tensile fractured surface observed by SEM showed that the glyoxal improved the interaction between jute fiber and plasticized starch.
