摘　　要：开发了一种禽蛋品质检测与分级的PLC自动控制系统。设计了由计算机与PLC组成的上下位机、图像采集、称重、位置跟踪及分级机构等组成的硬件系统电路,采用梯形图语言分别编制了图像实时采集、称重信号处理以及分级执行机构的控制程序,确定了禽蛋位置信息同步跟踪的方法,实现了按禽蛋外观品质和重量的快速、准确分级。The PLC automatically controlling system for eggs quality detecting and grading were developed. The hardware circuit was designed which included the PLC and host computer, image acquisition, weighing, location tracking, and grading components. And the software control program was worked out, which based on the ladder diagram, for the real - time image acquisition system, weighing signal processing system and grading control system. To determine the location of eggs, a simultaneous tracking method was studied. In the light of appearance quality and weighting grader, eggs grader could be achieved quickly and accurately.
