巴蜀文化元素在餐饮空间设计中的应用——以鼎红酒家空间设计为例

摘　　要：文章针对现代餐饮空间设计的特点和发展趋势,通过对巴蜀地域文化的特点分析并结合鼎红酒家室内装饰设计典型案例,深入探讨了餐饮空间中地域文化设计的思路和方法。从餐饮空间布局、立面设计、家具陈设、装饰色彩、空间主题营造等方面详细阐述了巴蜀地域文化人文内涵的外在表现形式,巴蜀文化元素符号在现代餐饮空间设计的应用原则和设计表达,从工程实践的角度诠释了地域文化与现代环境设计的融合。Based on the design characteristic and development trend of the modem diet, through the analysis of the characteristic of regional culture of Bashu and interior design of Ding Hong Restaurant, the paper studies the ideas and methods of regional culture in dining space design. The paper illustrates the outer form of Bashu regional culture and the culture symbol expression in the application principle and design of modem dining space design in terms of the dining space design, vertical design, furni environmental shings, decorative color, pace theme, annotating the fusion between modem design and regional culture.
