摘  要:培养创新实践能力是研究生教育的核心任务。文章以山东建筑大学控制科学与工程学科为例,在总结多年研究生教育实践探索经验的基础上,以"方向引领、学科交叉、集体指导、协作培养"为指导方针,通过不断整合培养方案、创新平台、导师团队、实践基地、创新激励等因素,构建了研究生创新实践能力培养体系。体系实施以来,导师和研究生创新能力显著提高,研究创新层次显著提升,学科影响力显著增强。The key task in graduate students' education is to cultivate students' ability of innovative practice. By taking the discipline of control science and engineering in Shandong Jianzhu University as an example, based on years of experience in graduate students' education, with "research directing, interdisciplinary learning, collective instruction and collaborative training" as its guideline, and through constantly integrating the innovation incentive factors, such as training programs, innovation platforms, tutor teams and practice bases, the paper constructs the training system in cultivating graduate students' ability of innovative practice. After putting this system into practice, the innovative ability of both tutors and students as well as their research levels have been greatly enhanced, and the influence of the whole discipline has increased significantly.
