摘　　要：探讨在国家事业单位工资改革实行绩效工资后,基层医疗卫生单位工作人员对其实施情况的客观反映。通过EpiData数据录入软件对基层医疗卫生单位的管理、专技、工勤及其他工作人员发放调查问卷的形式进行调查分析,得出结论:EpiData软件在绩效工资水平调查问卷方面发挥着重要作用,为真实掌握国家绩效工资执行及发放情况、深化及完善国家绩效工资政策提供依据。Investigate the really reflect of the grass-roots staff at the status of implementation, after the performance relat- ed pay using in salary reform of State Institution. Investigate and analyse through disseminate questionnaire to grass-roots level medical career staff, such as management, professionals and administrative staff, using Epidata software. Result：Epi- data software plays an important part in questionnaire of performance related pay, legitimately and truly grasp execution and assignation of performance related pay, provide the foundation for further intensification and perfection on perform- ance related pay.
