摘 要:目的探索不同休闲活动方式对老年人智力水平的影响,为预防老年痴呆症提供科学有效的活动方式。方法190名60~69岁健康状况较好的老年人根据平时休闲活动方式的差别分成有氧运动组、脑力活动组、运动+脑力组、无规律活动组,分别测试他们的智力水平和反应时。结果有氧运动组、脑力活动组、运动+脑力组智力测试的原始分均高于无规律活动组,反应时短于无规律活动组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);运动+脑力组各项指标均优于其他组,但差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论有氧运动、脑力活动均可改善老年人智力水平,预防老年痴呆症:有氧运动+脑力活动对老年人智力水平的改善有更佳的趋势。OBJECTIVE The aim of this study was to explore the effect of different leisure activities on intellectual level of elderly, so to provide suggestions on scientific and effective forms of activity for the prevention of Alzheimer's disease. METHODS 190 healthy elderly between the age of 60 and 69 were divided into 4 groups according to their routine leisure ac- tivities, including an aerobics group, a mental activity group, an aerobics-plus-mental activity group, and a non-regular activity group. Intellectual level and reaction time of the elderly were tested separately. RESULTS The aerobics group, the mental activity group, and the aerobics-plus-mental activity group had higher original IQ scores and shorter reaction time than the non-regular activity group; the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). The aerobics-plus-mental activi- ty group performed better in all exercises than the other groups; however, the differences were not statistically significant (P 〉 0.05). CONCLUSION Aerobic exercises and mental activities have shown to improve intellectual level of elderly and thus prevent the occurrence of Alzheimer's disease. Practicing both aerobic exercises and mental activities may improve intellectual level of elderly more significantly.
