DR-70对鼻咽癌诊断价值的研究

摘　　要：目的 :为了探讨一种新发现的肿瘤标志物DR 70对鼻咽癌是否有辅助诊断价值。方法 :采用ELISA法检测 6 2例鼻咽癌 (低分化鳞癌 )患者与 5 0例对照组血清中DR 70值。结果 :鼻咽癌组DR 70含量为 (7.40± 1.7)mg L ,阳性 2 6例 ,占42 % ,对照组 (4 .42± 2 .1)mg L ,阳性 3例 ,占 6 %。经检验 ,两组均数与阳性率之间差别有极显著性意义。结论 :DR 70在鼻咽癌病人血清中明显升高 ,对于鼻咽癌的辅助诊断有一定价值。Objective: To find out if a new tumor marker DR-70 is helpful for early diagnosis of NPC. Methods: Serum levels of DR-70 were detected in 62 nasopharygeal carcinoma patients(low differentiated squamous type) and 50 normal persons with ELISA. Results: The mean standard deviation of DR-70 of NPC group is (7.40±1.7)mg/L and the control group is (4.42±2.1)mg/L。And the positive rate is 42 percent in NPC group while 6 percent in control group. Statistical analysis suggested that the two groups had significant difference. Conclusions: The detection of serum DR-70 was helpful for early diagnosis of NPC.
