摘　　要：达泊西汀是一种选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂,最初广泛用于治疗抑郁症和相关的情感障碍,后来又被用于男性早泄的治疗。该药具有化学稳定性好、起效迅速、不良反应相对较小等优点,已经越来越受到人们的关注。本文对达泊西汀的合成方法进行归纳总结。Dapoxetine [ （ S ）-N, N-dimethyl-3-（ naphthalene-l-yloxy ）-1-phenylpropan-l-amine hydrochloride ] is a kind of serotonin reuptake, used for the treatment of depressive disorder at the beginning, and it is developed to be used for curing a male premature ejaculation. This drug is getting more popular due to better chemical stability, fast-acting property and little side effects. In this paper the synthetic methods of dapoxetine were reviewed.
