摘　　要："痰"是导致神志病癫狂的一个重要病理因素。古代中医学对痰邪所致癫狂的脏腑辨证涉及到五脏六腑,其中最为常见的病机是"痰迷心窍",此外还有从脏腑出发又归结为"痰迷心窍"者,也有直接进行脏腑辨证而不特别突出心者。考察古代中医学文献,联系现代精神医学和中医神志病学对脑神的认识,基于神志病"体用学说"理论,可知"脑为神之体,脏腑为神之用",对痰邪为患所致的癫狂无论从哪一脏腑辨证,其病机最终都要归结为"痰滞脑神"。The phlegm is an important pathological factor for causing maniac disease belonging to mental diseases. The viscer- a syndrome differentiation of phlegm causing maniac disease refers to five viscera and six entrails in ancient TCM, especially the theory of phlegm confusing heart, including coming down to phlegm confusing heart from viscera, and viscera syndrome differentia- tion directly without highlight heart. Through the cognition on brain spirit by survey ancient TCM document, relating modern psy- chological medicine and mental disease of TCM, and based on the theory of essence - function, we can come to the conclusion ： The brain is the essence of spirit, the viscera is the function of spirit, and the pathogenesis should attribute to phlegm stagnating brain spirit ultimately, no matter how to differentiate syndrome due to what viscera on phlegm causing maniac disease.
