唐汉钧运用膏方防治外科病特色探析

摘　　要：介绍唐汉钧教授运用膏方防治外科病的经验。其临证注重整体,外病内治;辨病辨证,临证互参;扶正祛邪,固本清源;气血双补,相得益彰;阴阳并调,以平为期;调补五脏,尤重脾肾;调治三宝,膏方之本;顾护脾胃、动静结合。并附石瘿膏方验案1则佐证。This paper introduces professor TANG Hanjun＇ s clinical experiences in preventing and treating surgical diseases with herbal pastes. In professor TANG Hanjun＇ s point of view is treatment should be on the guidelines of holistic viewpoint, he considers internal therapy should be used to treat external diseases. He also advocates that disease differentiation should be eom- bined with syndrome differentiation, strengthening body resistance and eliminating evil, tonifying qi and blood, harmony between yin and yang, regulating five viscera, attention to spleen and kidney, tonifying essence, qi and spirit, protecting spleen and stom- ach. One typical case of herbal pastes in treating thyroid cancer is presented.
