关节炎伴发抑郁症大鼠心身同治的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:评价配合燮枢解郁方心身同治治疗关节炎伴发抑郁症大鼠的临床疗效。方法:将48只大鼠随机分为正常组、关节炎组、抑郁症组、模型组、治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组予补肾治尪汤合燮枢解郁方灌胃,对照组予补肾治尪汤灌胃,其他4组均予蒸馏水灌胃;观察Open-Field积分、糖水消耗量、关节肿胀度和关节滑膜病理积分。结果:组间对比,治疗组能显著改善大鼠Open-Field积分、糖水消耗量及关节肿胀度,P<0.05;而在关节滑膜病理积分的改善方面,两组差异不显著,P>0.05。结论:配合燮枢解郁方能够在有效缓解大鼠抑郁症状的基础上显著减轻其关节炎症状,促进疾病的康复。Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of the treatment combined with Xieshu Jieyu decoction on the rats suffering from and depression, and lay the foundation for a series of follow-up studies. Methods ： The 48 clean grade, Wistar female rats were randomly divided into 6 groups： nomal group, arthritis group, depression group, model group, experimental group and control group,8 in each. Of these groups,rats in experimental group were treated by Bushen Zhiwang Decoction and Xieshu Jieyu Decoc- tion, the control group only by Bushen Zhiwang Decoction, and other four groups fed up with distilled water. The rats were made arthritis model by Bovine collagen type II injection, and made depression model by chronic unpredictable mild stress combined with restricted rats activity space. We observed the Open - Field score, sugar water consumption,joint swelling degree, and joint synovium pathology score. Results ： In experimental group, there were more significant improvements on Open - Field score, sugar water consumption, and joint swelling degree than that of control group,P 〈 O. 05. However, on the joint synovium pathology score, there were no significant differences between two groups,P 〉 O. 05. Conclusion：The treatment combined with Xieshu Jieyu Decoc- tion can effectively relieve the symptoms of depression as well as arthritis, and thus promote the recovery of the disease.
