摘　　要：《八正神明论篇》是为《黄帝内经·素问》的重要篇章。本文从"法天则地、合以天光"、"泻必用方,补必用员"、"上工救其萌芽、不治已病治未病"、"神乎神、慧然独悟、昭然独明谓之神"几个代表性语汇入手,就其中医针灸的学术思想特点进行讨论。认为《八正神明论篇》对中医针灸学理论的构成的作用显著,充分陈述了四时八正的各种自然变化对人体经脉气血盛衰的影响以及与针灸治疗的关系,以及针刺补泻、形神关系和治未病的理论,这些都为后世中医针灸理论的发展奠定了基础。The Piece of Eight Solar Terms and Gods is very important in Plain Questions Canon. This article discusses the theory of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture on four short sentences of the Piece of Eight Solar Terms and Gods including the saying about the relationship of human being and nature and so on. From this piece of Canon, we consider the Piece of Eight Solar Terms and Gods is one of the basis of the development of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture by speaking to use the influence of the weather and seasons change to meridians and Qi and blood change,the reinforcing and reducing of acupuncture, relationship of body and spirit, and the theory of preventive treatment of disease.
