健脾合剂对脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎患者T细胞亚群影响的临床观察

摘　　要：通过观察使用健脾合剂的脾虚型UC患者外周血CD+3、CD+4、CD+8T淋巴细胞治疗前后的变化,发现患者治疗后血液中CD+4、CD+3、CD+8绝对计数显著下降(P<0.001)。由此认为调节外周血T细胞亚群的平衡是健脾合剂治疗脾虚型UC患者的机制之一。Objective ： Through comparing the peripheral blood CDf, CDf, CDs Treg cells of UC patients （ spleen deficiency type） before and after accepted the Jianpi Mixture , the results showed that the absolute counts of peripheral blood CDf , CD4＋ , CDa＋ Treg cells were decreased significantly （P 〈 0. 001 ）. Regulating the balance of the peripheral blood Treg cells was consid- ered as one of the mechanisms in treatment with Jianpi Mixture on UC patients （ spleen deficiency type）.
